Started in the trenches Began in direct response digital marketing — mostly SEO and Google Ads (all there was back then), measuring everything, optimizing obsessively. Learned early that data without action is noise, and that the real game is follow-up speed.

Over the next decade, I built and managed paid media programs, CRM systems, customer outreach, and lead generation operations for companies spending $1M+ annually on marketing. I watched what worked at scale: closed-loop systems where every channel fed the next, relevant and targeted follow-up that moved faster than any human team, and attribution that tied every dollar to a measurable outcome.

The pattern became clear Watched a friend's HVAC business lose 15 calls in one week — all went to voicemail, none followed up. He was spending on Google ads. The traffic was there. The system wasn't.

That wasn't unusual. It was the norm for local service businesses. The technology to fix it existed. There were tools everywhere but they were disparate and business owners don't have an IT staff. I knew the market needed something extraordinary — a platform capable of enterprise-grade automation, available at a fraction of the cost. What was missing was someone who understood both the technology deeply and the local business problem specifically.
